We Want to Start an AI Coding Meetup in Boston
There is a growing class of software engineers in Boston shipping production code every day who are dramatically more productive because they have invested in AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Conductor.
We want to get those people in a room together in Boston.
These are engineers with real workflows and strong opinions, not vibe coders. Developers who manage context windows, build custom slash commands and MCP servers, know when to let agents run and when to step in. Developers that are operating this way daily.
The AI coding tools are evolving fast. Capabilities change weekly, and workflows that worked a month ago can quickly become outdated. The fastest way to stay sharp is learning from others doing the same work.
This would be a small, regular working group. A dozen engineers sharing workflows, comparing setups, and discussing what is working and what is not. Some sessions might focus on topics like large codebase prompting or AI-driven pre-commit hooks. Others might be open discussions around new workflows discovered that week.
This is for engineers already using AI coding tools in their daily work. People comfortable in a terminal, building real products, and looking to get better by learning from peers.
